NORTH CAROLINA MEDICAL GROUP MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
Founded in 1971, the North Carolina Medical Group Managers (NCMGM) Association provides the professional administrator members with a rich source of information and contacts for professional growth. With more than 1000 members in medical practices across North Carolina, NCMGM attracts executives and managers of private group practices, academic medical centers, integrated delivery systems and companies that support medical provider organizations. In 2011 NCMGM initiated an ambitious effort to not only provide a complete survey for North Carolina, but also to resell the survey to other state’s medical group managers associations. Very quickly, this platform called CheckPoint was being used in over 13 states. Dynamic Benchmarking designed a flexible tool that collects compensation and benefits information for over 92 job positions and across four levels of experience. With filters and customized word reports, this platform truly shows the stability and strength of Dynamic Benchmarking technology.
The Ohio Society of CPAs represents over 85,000 CPAs and accounting professionals who are the strategic financial advisors to Ohio's leading businesses. Members work with public, private and not-for-profit organizations of every size and sector, leading healthy exchanges between business leaders and policy makers to drive initiatives such as a fair and predictable tax environment in Ohio. The Ohio Society of CPAs acts as a hub of knowledge, learning and advocacy for its members, providing a vibrant, solutions-oriented community to help CPAs and the businesses they serve succeed. The Ohio Society of CPAs asked Dynamic Benchmarking to create a compensation and benefits study to gather salary and benefits data from its members. This new initiative will provide valuable data to assist members in career path and hiring decisions.
PEAK Grantmaking (formerly Grants Managers Network) (PG) is a thriving national association with a mission to improve grant making by advancing the knowledge, skills and abilities of grants management professionals and leading grant makers to adopt and incorporate effective practices that benefit the philanthropic community. Founded in 1991, PG has more than 2,400 members from 1,200 grant making organizations who represent the breadth of the philanthropic community including small family foundations, prominent national foundations, grant making public charities, and socially responsible corporations. In 2014 Dynamic Benchmarking developed the Salary and Jobs Survey for PG's members. This survey not only collects information on salaries and jobs, but also on the grants that are managed by its members. Detailed reports complete the package as a popular benefit of PG membership.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE ASSOCIATION OF TOWNSHIP SUPERVISORS
The Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) is committed to preserving and strengthening township government by lobbying state and federal lawmakers and educating its members through workshops, an annual conference and trade show and publications. PSATS serves the needs of the state’s 1,454 townships which are home to more than 5.5 million citizens living in a diverse range of communities ranging from rural townships of fewer than 200 residents to suburban communities with populations upwards of 60,000. PSATS contracted Dynamic Benchmarking to streamline and simplify the process of conducting their annual salary survey.
PRECISION METALFORMING ASSOCIATION
The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) is a full-service trade association representing the $137 billion metalforming industry of North America—the industry that creates precision metal products using stamping, fabricating, spinning, slide forming and roll forming technologies, and other value-added processes. PMA has more than 800 member companies including suppliers of equipment, materials and services to the industry. PMA serves to shape the environment of the metalforming industry, leading innovative member companies toward superior competitiveness and profitability. The association came to Dynamic Benchmarking with six, separate surveys focused on various management quality, productivity and safety measures as well as salary and compensation. Dynamic Benchmarking was asked to provide a more streamlined platform that collected the same data points with less questions while, at the same time, delivering more robust reporting capabilities.
PROFESSIONAL RETAIL STORE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION (PRSMA)
The Professional Retail Store Management Association (PRSM Association) is the authoritative voice of the retail and multi-site facilities management community. Committed to serving facilities management professionals and to leading the industry by providing resources, solutions networking and knowledge sharing, PRSM Association empowers retail facilities maintenance professionals to make informed business decisions, enhance their company’s brand and advance their careers. The PRSM Association engaged Dynamic Benchmarking to create a Financial and Operational benchmarking study to provide in-depth information on management and budgetary trends for both its retailer and supplier members.
REDW BUSINESS & FINANCIAL ADVISORS
Founded in 1953, REDW is one of the largest and most respected certified public accounting and business consulting firms in the Southwest. With over 140 professionals employed, REDW serves the tax, business and financial consulting needs of a wide range of clients, including publicly and privately held businesses, tribes and tribal enterprises, local and state government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare and financial institutions, and individuals both regionally and nationally. When members of the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA) expressed the need for compensation and benefits data that includes tribal government positions, they solicited REDW for help, and subsequently, REDW found a perfect partner in Dynamic Benchmarking. Launched in 2014, the Tribal Government Compensation Survey finally provides Tribes a much needed method for successful structuring compensation programs with Tribal Governments. Downloading reports designed by REDW specifically for Tribal Governments allows the users of the survey to have instant and confidential access to information critical to staffing success.
The School Nutrition Association (SNA) is a national, nonprofit professional organization representing more than 55,000 members who provide high-quality, low-cost meals to students across the country. Recognized as the authority on school nutrition, SNA has been advancing the availability, quality and acceptance of school nutrition programs as an integral part of education since 1946. In 2014, they raised the bar by introducing the Keys to Excellence Program – a tool designed to assist schools in achieving nutrition integrity goals at the administrative, management, and operational levels. Built by Dynamic Benchmarking, the Keys to Excellence Program is a state of the art self-assessment tool that allows members to compare their school nutrition program’s performance with other districts in their own area and around the country. The program’s four key areas are based on the standards of practice for nutrition integrity including operations, nutrition, nutrition education, physical activity, administration, marketing and communications.
SOCIETY FOR MARKETING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (SMPS)
Founded in 1973 by a small group of professional services firm leaders who recognized the need to sharpen skills, pool resources, and work together to build their business, the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) currently represents a network of over 6000 marketing and business development professionals. SMPS offers members professional development, leadership opportunities, and marketing resources to advance their careers and is the only organization dedicated to creating business opportunities in the A/E/C industry. In early 2014, SMPS solicited Dynamic Benchmarking to develop a brand new survey for members to benchmark their salary, compensation and firm metrics against their peers. SMPS believes that this powerful SMPS Marketing Compensation and Metrics Survey helps members to track career progress and to staff departments. Each question, filter and report was carefully conceived and designed by SMPS; data collection has already been completed for 2014.
SOUTHERN ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY BUSINESS OFFICERS (SACUBO)
The Southern Association of College and University Business Officers (SACUBO) was founded in 1928 to inform higher education institutions in the southern region of the United States of issues that affect higher education. The purpose of the association is to foster, develop, and promote improved principles and efficient practices in the business and financial management of colleges and universities. SACUBO partnered with Cherry Bekaert LLP to develop a benchmarking template for collecting specific financial and demographic information from participating institutions. While not a new survey, Dynamic Benchmarking was enlisted to port the previous survey and its associated data to a new 24/7, secure, cloud-based approach called the 2015 SACUBO Benchmark Study. With well understood key performance indicators, Dynamic Benchmarking took a solid survey brought it into the future.
