
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION (IFA)
Celebrating over 50 years of excellence, education and advocacy, the International Franchise Association (IFA) is the world’s oldest and largest organization representing franchising worldwide. IFA’s core mission is to protect, enhance and promote franchising through government relation, public relations and educational programs. An early adopter of Dynamic Benchmarking technology, IFA launched its OnTrack: Performance Benchmarking for Franchisors platform. It was presented to members as a sophisticated web-based benchmarking tool that allows franchisors to compare their franchise to a group of other franchises by asking only the most important questions and generating key performance indicators that are critical to franchises. In addition to providing an easy to use interface, OnTrack generates analysis for sales, expenses, employees and best practices – now collecting data for its fifth year.
