We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team and help spread the word about our innovative product. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented, critical thinker with an inherent desire to grow and achieve success in a less-structured, startup environment. The Business Development Representative job is a sales prospecting and demand generation role focused on increasing the volume of qualified leads for the sales team. This role will require a mix of account and contact research, emailing, cold calling, appointment setting, contact nurturing, and relationship building.
We are looking for a highly motivated and competitive team player with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication and customer service skills who has experience in call center environments or outbound calling. The ideal candidate enjoys collaboration yet can work independently from a remote home office. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting directly with prospects as well as colleagues at all levels via phone, Skype and email.
