Web-based, real time benchmarking solution will allow faster collection, analysis and comparison of town data.
WINDHAM, NH – February 19, 2014 - Dynamic Benchmarking, a provider of dynamic online business benchmarking and reporting solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been selected to create a compensation and benefits benchmarking platform for the Michigan Townships Association. This platform will enable member township governments to quickly and easily enter, analyze and compare key data points of their compensation and benefits programs with their peers.
The Michigan Townships Association promotes the interests of township government through educational programs and advocacy provided to over 1,200 townships in the state of Michigan. The new benchmarking platform will replace the paper-based system and static reports the association has traditionally provided its membership.
“We are excited to help Michigan Townships Association transform their benchmarking activities into something that is more efficient and effective for all involved,” comments Dynamic Benchmarking Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer, Betsy Delfosse. “We are confident that the member townships will be able to view and compare key performance indicators in new and more meaningful ways.”
The new platform will measure and compare numerous data points on the compensation and benefits programs of participating townships.
